WOZER
As the Founder, Editor, and President of Wozer, I oversee all operations and lead the overall creative direction of the brand. My role includes coordinating and running team meetings, managing our marketing approach, and acting as the main point of contact for any brands or businesses interested in collaborating with us.

Wozer is a Poneke based skateboarding collective who promote diversity and manaakitanga within the skateboarding and youth scene. Wozer emerged from a friend group connected through skateboarding. Despite originating from contrasting backgrounds, the shared experience of queer, female and ethnic underrepresentation in the skate scene bonded the friends of Wozer. Enabling a collective that explores skate culture through art and creativity.

Wozer highlights the Queer and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) youth experience on an international level. Platforming stories and experiences from Europe, China, Australia and Aotearoa. As Wozer begins to travel, skateboarding remains a universal tool used by Wozer to generate global friendships. Connecting with like-minded collectives and individuals committed to celebrating diversity and individuality. As the collective evolves internationally the friend group continues to expand. Enabling Wozer to remain a platform created by friends,
for friends, that share and exchange their passions,
ambitions, stories and projects.
